A 4-week structured workshop exploring how held resentment affects your physical health, emotional wellbeing, and daily life. You’ll learn forgiveness principles that don’t require you to reconcile with anyone, and discover foundational exercises for emotional release.

Written Release Practicum

An intensive 6-week course using writing as your primary tool for transformation. Through structured letter-writing, narrative reframing, and reflective journaling, you’ll externalize what’s been weighing on you and process complex emotions at your own pace.

Letting Go: Embodied Release Retreat

A 2-day intensive retreat combining contemplative practice, somatic exercises, and structured reflection. You’ll learn how to release resentment held in your body, practice emotional freedom through movement and breath work, and leave with a personal forward-moving plan.
